*PM includes: console calibration (speed, incline or resistance varies on model). Treadmill walking belt lubrication and alignment.
Elliptical and bike bushings, rollers and bearings lubrication and drive belt tightening.
Weight system cables tightening and lubrication. Checking all over the machine and eliminating all problems found.
It’s recommended by most manufacturers to perform PM maintenance once a year.
- during first conversation with customer over the phone an estimated cost of repair and parts is given
- appointment date is scheduled within 2-5 business days from contact date, or if other requested
- appointment is usually scheduled within 2-3 hours time frame
- a courtesy call is made 20-30 min prior, or if other requested
- appointment can be cancelled 24h before it is scheduled
- fee is not refundable upon technician arrival at customer house
- machine in box for assembly needs to be in the set up room
- after repair, the machine is tested for 5-10 min making sure the customer is fully satisfied
- after assembly, full presentation is made including basic operation instructions
- for now, accepting personal checks and cash only
- if parts needed, customer is responsible for all applicable costs
- some discounts may be given to returning customers
