control over the repair procedures to:
- speak with customer directly and pre-diagnose the problem,
- schedule appoitment with customer, and promise to call 30 min prior to arrival,
- provide customer convenience of on-site assembly or repair,
- keep the cost to the lowest possible,
- ensure that the same person who diagnose, also completes the repair.
